Ruchika Girotra | Charges were framed against the DGP S.P.S. Rathore in Ruchika molestation case
After the 10 years of time the Ruchika molestation case, charges were framed against the accused, former Haryana DGP S.P.S. Rathore, in the special CBI court here yesterday. Retired Rathore has been charger for the murder case of Ruchika Girotra by the Special CBI Magistrate Surya Pratap Singh charged under Section 354 (intent to outrage the modesty of a woman) of the IPC, and fixed the next date of hearing for April 17.
