State-run hydropower firm NHPC today got listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange at a premium of over eight per cent over its original issue price.
The stock of NHPC opened at Rs 39 up by 8.33 per cent over the issue price of Rs 36 per share. The issue of NHPC, the first major public sector unit after the UPA came to power, raised about Rs 6,000 crore. Source Advertisements
