Punjab State Lotteries has appointed four Sole Selling Agents (SSA) for the Sale of weekly lotteries in Punjab. The SSAs has further appointed Agents and the Agents further have Retailers under them. The Government of Punjab runs its Punjab State Lotteries strictly as per the provisions of the Lotteries (Regulations) Act 1998. Under Section 12 of the Act, the department had framed its rules i.e. Punjab State Lotteries Rules 1998.
